The anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from any personal data provided by a data subject.

5. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc ("Google"). Google uses cookies (see point 3.). The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offer by the users is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online offer by users, to compile reports on the activities within this online offer and to provide us with other services related to the use of this online offer and Internet use. In doing so, pseudonymous usage profiles of the users can be created from the processed data.

We only use Google Analytics with IP anonymization activated. This means that the IP address of the user is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not merged with other data from Google.

Users can prevent the storage of cookies by setting their browser software accordingly; users can also prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to their use of the online offer to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link:

tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

For more information about Google's use of data for advertising purposes, settings and opt-out options, please visit the Google website: www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/partners/ ("Data use by Google when you use our partners' websites or apps"),

The storage of Google Analytics cookies is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the analysis of user behavior in order to optimize both its web offer and its advertising and thus also serves the financing and customer-oriented use, adaptation, and updating of the website.

We have concluded an order data processing contract with Google.

6. Remarketing

Our websites use the functions of Google Analytics Remarketing in conjunction with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. The provider is Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

This function makes it possible to link the advertising target groups created with Google Analytics Remarketing with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. In this way, interest-based, personalized advertising messages that have been adapted to you depending on your previous usage and surfing behavior on one end device (e.g. cell phone) can also be displayed on another of your end devices (e.g. tablet or PC).

If you have given your consent, Google will link your web and app browsing history with your Google account for this purpose. In this way, the same personalized advertising messages can be displayed on every device on which you log in with your Google account.

To support this feature, Google Analytics collects google-authenticated ID's of users that are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data to define and create target groups for cross-device ad advertising.

However, no personal data is collected. When you click on an ad placed by Google, only a cookie for so-called conversion tracking is stored on your computer. This enables Google and its partner websites to place ads based on previous visits to our website or other websites on the Internet.

You can permanently object to cross-device remarketing/targeting by deactivating personalized advertising in your Google Account; follow this link: www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/

Further information and the privacy policy can be found in Google's privacy policy at: www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/

7. GA Audiences

On this website, we use GA Audiences, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). Through this service, data is collected and stored, from which pseudonymized usage profiles are created. Through this technology, users who have visited our website can be shown targeted advertising from us on other external pages of the Google Partner Network. For this purpose, a cookie is set on your computer, which is used to analyze user behavior when visiting the website and can then be used for targeted advertising. By setting the cookie, no personal data is stored and processed. If you do not wish to receive interest-based advertising, you can disable Google's use of cookies for these purposes by following the instructions on www.google.de/settings/ads/onweb.

The legal basis for the processing of data after registration for the newsletter by the user is Art. 6 Sec. 1 lit. a DSGVO if the user has given his consent.

The legal basis for sending the newsletter as a result of the sale of goods or services is Section 7 (3) UWG.

Other personal data is collected during the registration process only to prevent misuse of the services or the e-mail address used.

For better individualization of the offers, we use the newsletter tracking service Cleverreach of the company CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede/Germany.

With the help of this service, we can track the use of the newsletters sent out and thus better individualize our offers. This includes, for example, determining whether and when the newsletters are opened or which links in the newsletter are clicked. The evaluations are used to recognize the reading habits of our users and to adapt our content to them or to send different content according to the interests of our users.

For these evaluations, both the newsletter recipients' data are stored on cleverreach's servers.

In the process, the following data is collected and transferred to the provider in addition to the above-mentioned data:
